Kevin Moose

Kevin Moose is the Head of Public Fixed Income at the Police and Firemen’s Retirement System of New Jersey since February 2024, and has served as Senior Portfolio Manager at the State Board of Administration of Florida since January 2015, managing a $10 billion external public fixed income investment allocation while ensuring compliance with risk and performance objectives. Previous roles include Director of Fixed Income Sales at Mizuho Securities USA Inc., where responsibility encompassed institutional fixed income sales, and Senior Derivatives Trader at ING Investment Management, managing a substantial treasury and agency portfolio. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Analyst for MBS and Senior Quantitative Risk Analyst at ING Investment Management, and an actuarial analyst role at ING. Kevin Moose holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Southern Polytechnic State University, completed between 1997 and 1999.
