Jim Warner

Jim Warner has extensive work experience in the IT field. Jim first started working as the IT Director at Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) in August 1997, holding this position until February 2007. In February 2007, Jim joined State Collection Service, Inc. as the CIO, where they remained until the present.

Jim Warner attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Business Information Systems.
