Alison Longman

Alison Longman is an experienced marketing and business development professional with a career spanning over four decades in the insurance industry. At the State Compensation Insurance Fund since February 1982, Alison currently serves as Marketing Manager, overseeing a marketing unit that includes Marketing Representatives, Employer Service Representatives, and Claims Liaisons in the Santa Rosa and Eureka locations, while also focusing on the acquisition and profitability of local business. Additionally, Alison has taken on a role as Claims/UR Coordinator to acquire new skills. Previously, Alison worked as Business Development Manager at Kemper Employers Group from October 2000 to May 2002, where development and management of the broker plant for Northern California were primary responsibilities. Earlier in Alison's career, from January 1982 to October 2000, as Marketing/Underwriting Manager at Superior National/California Compensation, significant contributions were made to divisional planning, budget development, and the management of a $37-$50 million regional book of business.
