Chris Loughran has a diverse work experience. From 2018 to the present, Chris has been working as the Senior Vice President, Regional Operations - Central Valley Region at State Compensation Insurance Fund, where they oversee all aspects of Sales and Underwriting for the Central Valley of CA. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2017, they worked as a Strategic Consultant to the COO of State Compensation Insurance Fund at USIS CONSULTS LLC. From 2000 to 2016, Chris held various roles at The Hartford, including Northwest Division Sales Executive - Small Commercial and Branch Manager. In these roles, they led sales teams, had P&L responsibility, and managed branch operations.
Chris Loughran obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut, completing their studies from 1985 to 1988.
