Hadi Shirmohamadali

Hadi Shirmohamadali has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Hadi is currently serving as the Vice President of the Business Analyst Resource Center at the State Compensation Insurance Fund since September 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of the same department from April 2021 to September 2022. In addition to their current role, Hadi is the Founder and CEO of RealTimeGov since December 2021.

Hadi's work experience also includes serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager at the Office of Legislative Counsel State of California from August 2010 to March 2021. During their time there, they were responsible for leading and implementing team-oriented operations, product management, and addressing customer service inquiries.

Furthermore, Hadi has been involved with the Global Shapers Community as a Curator from August 2016 to January 2021. In this role, they managed 20 members, provided guidance for community-based project implementation, and recommended strategies for social media and fundraising.

Hadi has also worked as a Volunteer Services AmeriCorps Member at the American Red Cross Eastern New York Region from January 2020 to June 2020.

Hadi's earlier work experience includes serving as a Student Intern at the California Department of Education from October 2007 to July 2008, where they reviewed applications for tutoring programs and assisted with administrative tasks. Hadi also worked as a Loan Agent at Pacific Residential Mortgage, LLC. from August 2004 to August 2007, assisting clients with loan applications and financial planning.

Hadi Shirmohamadali holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from California State University-Sacramento, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the same institution from 2005 to 2009. Hadi has also obtained additional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute in March 2021, and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in December 2021.
