Jyoti Ranjan Pradhan

Jyoti Ranjan Pradhan is an experienced software testing professional currently serving as a Test Automation Project Lead at State Compensation Insurance Fund since August 2023. Previous roles include Senior Software Development Engineer In Test at Rakuten Americas, where Jyoti developed test strategies for a global data pool and established test automation infrastructure for ETL data pipelines. Prior experience at State Compensation Insurance Fund involved designing and developing an automation framework supporting over 20 applications. Jyoti has also worked as a Sr Test Automation Engineer at Wells Fargo, where automation of regression and functional test suites was implemented, and as a QA Automation Engineer at GE, focusing on framework design using a Hybrid Model. Early career experiences include a Software Developer role at Tech Mahindra. Jyoti earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, from 2007 to 2011.
