William Poncelet, CFE, serves as a Senior Management Auditor at the State Compensation Insurance Fund since December 1989, overseeing a team of auditors and fraud investigators, managing annual budgets, conducting risk assessments, and drafting audit reports. Previous roles include Staff Management Auditor, Assistant Claims Manager, and Claims Adjuster, where responsibilities ranged from supervising teams to negotiating settlements. Additional experience includes sales at Sports Fantasy, security roles in the United States Marine Corps, clerical work at Sears, and servicing at Dilworth Service. William Poncelet pursued studies in Accounting and Business/Management at Sacramento City College and in Accounting and Finance at the International Correspondence School.
