Holli Ryan

Holli Ryan is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Project Specialist at the State Education Resource Center since August 2022. Previously, Holli worked as a Lead Teacher Advisor for GEAR UP Waterbury, where responsibilities included managing a caseload of 206 college-bound high school students from low-income, first-generation, Black, and Latinx backgrounds, developing curriculum, and coordinating student support activities. Holli also has experience as an Office Associate at Bartlett Contracting LLC and as a College Access Advisor and Program Coordinator at Higher Heights Youth Empowerment Programs, Inc., where significant achievements included a 95% post-secondary enrollment rate among advised students. Holli began a career in education as a Graduate Assistant at the University of New Haven, holding a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Winthrop University.
