Chris Harding, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and business analysis, currently serving as Operations Manager at SECU Credit Union since July 2016. In this role, Chris focuses on enhancing cash management processing within the credit union's Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Items Processing, and Accounting departments. Prior to SECU, Chris worked at Summit Business Technologies as a Project Manager/Business Analyst from July 2014 to June 2016, where responsibilities included planning and executing technology-driven projects to improve business processes. Chris also held a similar position at Light Industries from April 2005 to July 2014, contributing to strategic technology solutions for a variety of organizations. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Software Engineering from Teesside University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
