Dale Skinner is currently the Managing Director of Commercial Lending & Business Banking at SECU Credit Union. Previously, Dale held various leadership roles at Capital One, including SVP of the Mid Atlantic Market Executive in the Business Banking Group. With an MBA in General Business from Howard University, Dale brings a wealth of experience in leading and growing commercial lending sales teams.
