Steven Arbaugh

Steven Arbaugh has a strong work history in finance and accounting. Steven started their career at Provident Bank of Maryland in 1978, where they held the role of Director of ALM and Treasury Operations. During their time there, they provided financial support to executive management, developed balance sheet strategies, and managed the bank's asset/liability management function. In 2008, they joined SECU Maryland as Senior VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Steven has demonstrated strong leadership skills in strategic planning, risk management, investment management, and organizational change management.

Steven Arbaugh earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a major in General, from Towson University from 1974 to 1978. Steven later pursued a Masters degree in Finance at Loyola University Maryland from 1981 to 1983.
