The Marketing and Communications Team at SECU is responsible for promoting the credit union's services and mission to members and the community. This team develops strategic marketing campaigns, manages digital content and e-learning resources, and fosters effective communication both internally and externally to enhance member engagement and drive service utilization. Additionally, they ensure that all marketing initiatives align with SECU's values as a not-for-profit cooperative dedicated to supporting state employees and their families.
