Gediminas Rakutis

Gediminas Rakutis is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience at the State Enterprise Centre of Registers since January 1998, currently serving as Chief of IT Administration Division. Responsibilities include managing the enterprise IT infrastructure, overseeing web and application servers, hardware, monitoring systems, application deployment processes, and security testing. Gediminas has played a pivotal role in numerous enterprise projects, including eHealth and eInvoicing, while fostering a DevOps culture. Prior to this, Gediminas was a Senior IT Administrator responsible for administration of IT infrastructure and developing GIS web applications, and served as a System Administrator at the State Land Survey Institute from September 1994 to January 1998. Gediminas holds a degree in computer science from Kaunas University of Technology, earned between 1989 and 1994.
