Tomas Radenas

Tomas Radenas has extensive experience in internal auditing and financial oversight, currently serving as an Audit Committee Member at Registrų centras since January 2020, and as the Head of the Internal Audit Unit at JSC "Lithuanian Railways" since January 2019. Radenas previously held significant roles, including Head of Internal Audit at Luminor Lietuva and Chief Internal Auditor at DNB, along with managerial positions at DnB NORD Bankas AB and the Bank of Lithuania, where duties included leading internal audit functions and economic analysis. Radenas also contributed to the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Lithuania as a Board Member for multiple terms. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Banking Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vilnius University.
