Tom Thompson

Tom Thompson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the fresh produce industry. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at State Garden since August 2024, Thompson previously held the same title at Revol Greens, the largest greenhouse lettuce grower in North America, from January 2020 to July 2024. Prior to that role, Thompson co-owned GoldenSun Insights from June 2016 to December 2019, focusing on strategic business development in the produce sector. Thompson's earlier experience includes key positions at J&J Distributing, Robinson Fresh, and Target Corporation, where responsibilities spanned strategy, business partnerships, food safety, and distribution planning. Thompson's career began in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant-Korean Cryptologic Linguist. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in International Business and Asian Studies from the University of St. Thomas and studies at Yonsei University and the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
