Laura H. is a seasoned advocate in reproductive rights, currently serving as the Senior Associate for Reproductive Rights at the State Innovation Exchange since December 2021. Previously, Laura held various leadership roles at the Planned Parenthood of South, East and North Florida, including Director of Policy and Legislative Manager, where extensive lobbying efforts led to the defeat of multiple anti-reproductive healthcare bills and the cultivation of relationships with state legislators. Laura's background includes grassroots organizing, policy development, coalition building, and community engagement, highlighted by experience at organizations such as National Organization for Women, AAUW, and Hillary For America. Educational credentials include multiple degrees and certificates from Florida International University in Women and Gender Studies, Political Science, and Public Policy.
