Charles Winters

Charles Winters is an experienced professional in compliance and operations management within the insurance industry. Currently serving as Compliance Manager at State National Companies since September 2021, Charles oversees product filings and new program compliance onboarding. In addition, Charles has held the role of Operations Management Consultant for INS Consultants, Inc./Delaware Department of Insurance Bureau of Rehabilitation and Liquidation since April 2016, acting as a key contact for multiple Property & Casualty Guaranty Associations and managing vendor contracts.
