Mark Baltuska has over 29 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Mark started their career as a Personal Banking Representative at Union Bank Kansas City in 1991, where they provided financial guidance to clients and managed vault counts. From 1993 to 2002, Mark worked as a Sales Representative at EMJ, where they won new business, built strong customer relationships, and increased profitability for the branch.
In 2004, they joined Harland Clarke as an Account Executive and later became the Marketing Services Director. Mark led a team of 21 Account Executives, targeting opportunities in banks and credit unions for direct marketing solutions. Mark worked closely with C-level executives, recommending targeted marketing approaches and reducing customer attrition rates. Mark also mentored and coached the team on consultative sales processes, resulting in increased sales activities and client acquisitions.
Since 2009, Mark has been with State National Companies (SNC), starting as a Regional Vice President and currently serving as the Vice President of Finance Company Markets. Mark has been responsible for building partnerships in the financial services industry and offering tailored solutions to meet clients' expectations.
Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership skills, consistently achieving revenue increases and developing innovative solutions. Mark has also been entrusted with training and coaching new sales employees in multiple organizations.
Mark Baltuska attended Basehor-Linwood High School. After completing their high school education, they enrolled in the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Mark pursued a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with a major in Economics, which they successfully completed in 2002.
