Joseph Gamache

Joseph Gamache has extensive experience in law enforcement and leadership roles within public safety organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director for the State of Alaska since August 2021, Joseph previously held various positions at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport Police & Fire Department from 2003 to 2021, including Lieutenant - Commander and Sergeant roles. Additionally, Joseph worked with the North Slope Borough Police Department from 1995 to 2003, where responsibilities included serving as Sergeant and Police Officer. Joseph began a career in law enforcement as a recruit with the Alaska State Troopers in 1993.
