Pearson Richards

Pearson Richards currently serves as a Fraud Investigator 3 and previously held the role of Criminal Investigator 1 with the State of Alaska since August 2023, focusing on criminal defense investigative practices for Alaska's indigent community. Prior experience includes working as a Criminal Investigator with Coconino County Arizona from January 2022 to May 2023, where investigative analysis and interviews were conducted to support defense clients. Pearson also gained experience as an Investigative Intern at Coconino County, alongside serving as the Formal and Events Executive and Special Events Chairman for the Theta Rho Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity from January 2021 to January 2023. Earlier roles included retail positions at Play It Again Sports and Three Bears Alaska, Inc. Pearson holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology from Northern Arizona University, completing education in September 2023 at Rio Salado College.
