Head Of Financial Planning Analysis at State of Connecticut

Sinisa Crnkovic has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Financial Services Representative at The Cash Store, responsible for issuing consumer loans and managing the customer database. In 2007, they became a Visiting Lecturer at All Saints University School of Medicine, teaching mathematics and statistics while also serving on the financial committee and promotions committee. From 2008 to 2009, Sinisa worked as a Financial Service Representative and Interim Branch Manager at The Cash Store, managing branch operations and making lending decisions. Sinisa then moved to the University of Alberta, where they served as a Research Administrative Assistant, managing internal grant funds and overseeing the graduate program. Sinisa then joined Loyola University Chicago as a Graduate Assistant, where they managed cash flow processes and conducted financial and sales analyses. In 2010, they joined Blackmore Partners as a Managing Associate, participating in all stages of deal life-cycle and managing daily operations. From 2011 to 2012, they took on the same role at Blackmore Partners Inc and continued to contribute to deal transactions. Sinisa then transitioned to SunSource in 2012, working as a Financial Analyst, M&A Analyst, and Sales Reporting Analyst. Sinisa performed critical financial reporting and analysis functions and was responsible for P&L planning and forecasting for two strategic business units. Finally, Sinisa's recent position is at Access Health CT, where they started in 2015 as a Senior Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis. Sinisa eventually moved into the Manager role and is currently the Head of Financial Planning Analysis. In this role, they manage budgeting, forecasting, and streamlining planning processes for Connecticut's Health Insurance Exchange.

Sinisa Crnkovic completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Alberta from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Finance at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, from 2009 to 2010.
