Roger Custin

Roger Custin is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in business analysis and project management within state government and the hospitality industry. Since December 2006, Roger has served as a Senior Business Analyst for the State of Georgia, managing technology delivery for the Human Resource Administration division and successfully directing the transition of multiple servers and users to a new support model. Prior roles include serving as Portfolio Manager and CIO for the State Personnel Administration, overseeing HR systems for 115,000 employees and managing a $2 million budget. Roger's background encompasses significant achievements in infrastructure improvement, system migrations, and automation of HR processes while leading teams in both desktop support at HP and large-scale implementations at Cyntergy Corporation. Roger holds an M.B.A. in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Business Administration.
