Sharon Strickland

Sharon Strickland is a seasoned training program manager with extensive experience in public safety training and juvenile justice. Currently serving as the Training Program Manager at the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice since May 2019, Strickland has also held the position of Public Safety Training Instructor III since October 1994 with the State of Georgia. Additionally, Strickland has been involved with the GA Department of Juvenile Justice in various capacities, including POST Emergency Medical Certification, POST Certified Defensive Tactics Instructor, Firearms Instructor, POST Certified Senior Instructor, and POST Certified Master Instructor. Educational background includes studies at Clayton State University.
