Brenden Lopaka James Burk Kinoshita

Brenden Lopaka James Burk Kinoshita, MPA, currently serves as the Administrative Services Manager for the State of Hawaii's Department of the Attorney General, where responsibilities include managing the department's operating budget, overseeing building operations for multiple offices, and directing various programs related to safety, fiscal services, and human resources. With a background as a Program Budget Analyst V at the Department of Budget and Finance and experience as a Program Specialist III, Kinoshita has extensive expertise in budget planning and program evaluation. Additional roles include Vice President of the Young Democrats of Hawaiʻi and prior positions as a legal file clerk and committee clerk. Kinoshita holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
