Joan Drabczyk

Joan Drabczyk, MPA, CFE, currently serves as the Director of Fiscal and Operations (Chief Financial Officer) for the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, Second Division, since May 2025, and as a Forensic Accountant Temp for the Office of Disciplinary Counsel at the Hawai'i Supreme Court since November 2023. Joan has an extensive background in fiscal management and forensic accounting, having previously held the position of Fiscal, Operations & Facilities Officer for the Appellate Division, 2nd Dept from May 2015 to May 2025, and worked with various organizations in roles focused on trust account auditing and escrow account management. Joan's educational achievements include a Master of Public Administration from the City University of New York-John Jay College of Criminal Justice and multiple degrees from Adelphi University, including a BBA in Accounting and International Business.
