Eric Judd Msm

Eric Judd MSM currently serves as the Chicago & Northern Regional Facility Manager for the State of Illinois, a position held since November 2020. As the Founder and CEO of Global Heating & Cooling, established in December 1999, Eric leads a veteran-owned company specializing in affordable heating and air conditioning services. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Facilities & Environmental Services at Community First Medical Center and Manager of Facilities Mechanical Services at Loyola University Health System, alongside serving as Facility Director at Franciscan Health System. Eric holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, a Bachelor of Science in Management, and an Associate of Applied Sciences in HVAC/R, complemented by a certification in Low & High Voltage Electrical from the U.S. Army.
