Tracey A. Kenney

Tracey A. Kenney, MDiv, currently serves as the Chief Financial and Chief Human Resources Officer at the Commission on Equity and Inclusion for the State of Illinois, a role held since March 2022, focusing on enhancing participation of underrepresented groups in the state procurement process. Prior to this, Tracey A. Kenney spent nearly 15 years at Crowe, where positions included Global Services Business Support Leader and Regional Office Manager, overseeing teams and driving transformation in administrative processes. Previous experience also includes managing operations at MetLife. Tracey A. Kenney holds a Master of Divinity from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, complemented by minors in Business and Black Studies.
