Andrew Stoneking

Andrew Stoneking serves as the Deputy Director of Field Operations for the Indiana State Personnel Department since June 2015, overseeing Human Resources operations for a significant number of executive branch agencies and supporting over 15,000 state employees. Previous roles include Human Resources Director for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, managing HR operations for around 1,600 employees, and Human Resources Director Associate, where oversight was provided for several smaller agencies totaling approximately 500 employees. Stoneking's career also includes a position as Sr. HR Business Partner at TouchPoint Support Services and HR Business Partner at the State of Indiana. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Purdue University and a Master of Public Administration from Northern Kentucky University.
