Carol Farzetta

Carol Farzetta has substantial experience in compliance and human services, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Compliance for the State of Indiana since May 2018, where responsibilities include ensuring affordable housing adheres to regulations and policies. Previously, Carol held roles such as a Quality Assurance Analyst at RepuCare, providing support for addiction recovery, and a Medicaid Home and Community Based Services Specialist at the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning, overseeing services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Additional experience includes working as a PARS Specialist at the State of Indiana and as a Psychiatric Social Service Specialist at the Indiana Department of Correction, providing case management for incarcerated youth.
