James Werner

James Werner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in geospatial data analytics and project management in government settings. Currently serving as GIS Director for the Cook County Board of Review and implementing GIS workflows for Cook County Government, James has a strong background in streamlining operations, evidenced by roles with Tippecanoe County Government and the State of Indiana as a Sr. Deputy Assessor and Project Manager. In addition to a robust career in public service, James is a skilled artist and teacher, with a history of exhibition and instruction in classical fine arts. James's education includes a Master's degree in Liberal Arts from Purdue University, alongside numerous certifications in property assessment and appraisal.
