Joel Gibbons

Joel Gibbons, MBA, currently serves as Interim IT Director for the State of Indiana, overseeing strategic decisions related to Oracle PeopleSoft ERP software solutions and managing a $25M annual budget. Previously, Gibbons held key positions within the National FFA Organization, leading IT strategy, corporate compliance, and enterprise systems management, which resulted in significant cost savings. Gibbons also has experience in roles such as Deputy IT Director and Sales Associate, showcasing a diverse skill set in IT operations, safety, and training. Education includes an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BA from Milligan College.
