Kaitlyn Christian

Kaitlyn Christian currently serves as the Chief Engagement Officer for the State of Indiana, overseeing a team focused on engagement and analytics, driving continuous process improvement, and managing collaborations on extensive data initiatives. With a background that includes roles as Senior Director and Director of Engagement and Analytics at the Indiana Management Performance Hub, Kaitlyn has led significant projects like the Data-Driven Addiction, Prevention, and Recovery (DDAPR) initiative while managing critical health and safety portfolios in collaboration with various state agencies. Previous experience includes positions as a Research and Planning Associate at the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute, Research Assistant at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and Community Engagement Support Specialist at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Kaitlyn holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and has completed doctoral coursework at Indiana University Bloomington.
