Patrick Price

Patrick Price is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in governmental and academic roles. Currently serving as General Counsel for the Office of Indiana Governor Mike Braun and for the State Budget Agency since November 2019, Patrick also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, teaching a Pre-Trial Litigation seminar. Previous roles include General Counsel at the Indiana Department of Revenue, where responsibilities encompassed managing a division of 24 employees and establishing a groundbreaking Inspector General function. Additional experience includes serving as General Counsel for various state agencies, practicing litigation at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, and clerking for notable judges, including Hon. Neil Gorsuch. Patrick holds a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University Bloomington.
