Zachery MacKramer

Zachery Mackramer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the Director of Learning & Development at the State of Indiana, Zachery supervises a team and implements strategic frameworks to enhance organizational objectives for a workforce of 30,000. Previously, Zachery held the role of Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Opportunity within the same department, creating and facilitating training initiatives on inclusion topics. Additionally, as an Adjunct Faculty member at Purdue University, Zachery integrates diversity and educational frameworks into curriculum development for engineering students. Zachery's background includes leadership initiatives and programming at both Indiana University Indianapolis and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, complemented by advanced degrees from Purdue University and Marquette University.
