Holly Cavna

Holly Cavna currently serves as the Clinic Director at MaineHealth Behavioral Health since June 2024 and as a Board Member for the State of Maine and Maine Women's Lobby & MWL Education Fund, contributing to regulatory compliance and advocacy within professional counseling. With extensive experience in mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) services, Holly held leadership roles including State Director at Better Life Partners, where comprehensive programs were developed and implemented, and Manager of Residential, ACT & CRS at Tri-County Mental Health Services, overseeing various treatment programs. Additional roles include Connected Care Manager at Included Health and ACT Team Lead at Sweetser, highlighting strong competencies in program management, care coordination, and team leadership. Holly holds a Master's in Community Mental Health from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Social Work, and Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph's College.
