Dr. Hunter L.

Dr. Hunter L. serves as an Adjunct Professor at St. John's University and an Associate Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus, with a focus on Emergency Management and Criminal Justice. In addition, Dr. Hunter has extensive experience as an EMT Firefighter Rescue Technician Hazmat Specialist with the State of Maryland since May 2012, and previously worked as a firefighter for Howard County Government and an EMT for various organizations. Dr. Hunter holds a Doctorate in Professional Studies, Homeland Security from St. John's University, and multiple advanced degrees and certificates in Global Security Studies, Public Administration, Cybersecurity Risk Management, and Leadership and Crisis Management from reputable institutions including Johns Hopkins University, Georgetown University, and Norwich University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Russian Language and Literature, International Relations, and History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
