Shameka Littles

Shameka Littles has extensive experience in public service and finance, currently serving as the Director of Executive Services & Operations in the Executive Office of the Governor of Maryland since December 1996. In this role, Shameka is a senior member of the Shared Services Team of the Governor's Coordinating Offices, having previously held positions such as Chief of Finance and Budget Director within the Governor's Office of Community Initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as a Budget Policy Analyst in the Maryland Department of Budget & Management and working in various roles in the private sector, including as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and Business Finance Consultant. Shameka holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Morgan State University, along with a certificate from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
