Shivaani A currently serves as the Commissioner for Middle Eastern American Affairs in the State of Maryland since July 2023. Shivaani is also the Founder and Director of Kesar By Shivaani, an exclusive catering service in the DMV area, specializing in a diverse range of vegan, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian cuisine for private and corporate events. Shivaani's prior experience includes various roles at MRINetwork, such as Head of Consulting and Branch Manager for the EMEA region, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and managing recruitment teams. Other notable positions include Senior Consultant at Randstad, Senior Recruiter at ITT Inc., and experience in management and customer relations at Malta Trading, Star TV, and Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd. Shivaani holds an MBA in International Business Management from RKC in Switzerland and a PG Diploma in Business Management with a focus on International Marketing from Apeejay SM.
