Jeffrey Small

Jeffrey Small is an experienced communication professional with a diverse background in media, public relations, and program management. Currently serving as an Overdose Prevention Consultant for the State Opioid Response Program in Missouri, Jeffrey specializes in simplifying complex information related to the overdose epidemic. Previously, as an Independent Contractor, Jeffrey led marketing campaigns that significantly boosted revenue and brand recognition. Jeffrey held the position of Public Relations Coordinator for the City of Ferguson, managing media communications, and has extensive experience in television as a reporter and anchor with KSDK-TV, KTVE, WTVA, and KTRE, where skills in research, writing, and live broadcasting were developed. Jeffrey earned a degree from Jackson State University and completed training at the Pointer Institute for Broadcasting.
