Michael Pelham

Michael Pelham currently serves as the Nevada Employee Savings Trust Program Director and Financial Literacy and Security Analyst at the State of Nevada, responsible for launching and managing the Nevada Employee Savings Trust, overseeing investment and legal aspects, and conducting outreach and data analysis for long-term goals. Previous experience includes roles as the Merchant Services Manager in the State Treasurer's Office, Management Analyst II focusing on Medicaid billing, and tax policy expertise as the Director of Government and Community Affairs for the Nevada Taxpayers Association. Michael has also held leadership positions at Nevada State High School, including Board Member and Integrity and Accountability Committee Member. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Marketing from Australian Catholic University and a Bachelor of Science in Gaming Management & Economics from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
