Gary Terwilliger is an accomplished technology and procurement professional with extensive experience in government and private sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Division Director and Chief Technology & Administrative Officer for the State of New Jersey since November 2011, Gary successfully orchestrated a rapid transition to remote work for 65 employees during the COVID-19 pandemic and leads a team overseeing technology infrastructure and operations. Previously, Gary worked as a Procurement Supervisor, managing IT procurement processes, and played a crucial role in a significant $750 million Medicaid Management Information System reprocurement. Gary's career includes positions at Signature Cyber Solutions, Journal Register Company, Engelhard Corporation, and the US Air Force, complemented by a BS in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and an AAS in Electronic Avionics from the Community College of the Air Force.
