Katie Fiore

Katie Fiore has over 20 years of experience in various roles and industries. Katie is currently the Director of the Office of Innovation at the State of New Jersey, where they focus on communication and engagement strategies to connect residents with state programs and services. Prior to this, Katie founded Katie'sFuture Work in 2018, a platform dedicated to using the future of work for gender equality, where they developed programs and engaged a global community of change-making women. Katie also served as the Group Director at SMA NYC, developing B2B and DTC strategies for clients, and worked at SYZYGY New York as the Head of Strategy and Global Group Account Director. Katie's early career includes leadership positions at PMX Agency, Organic, FCB New York, Wells Rich Greene, Jordan, McGrath, Case & Taylor, and Bates USA. Katie has a proven track record of driving results, launching new initiatives, and building strong client relationships.

Katie Fiore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University. Katie also has various additional certifications in areas such as lean data approaches, online facilitation, impactful presentations, adaptive leadership, systems practice, and business models for social impact. Katie has certifications in pilates as well, including apparatus and mat certifications from Power of Pilates Ltd.
