Rebecca Scanlon

Rebecca Scanlon is an experienced professional with a strong background in negotiation and team leadership. Currently serving as a Team Leader for the State of New Jersey since September 2014, Rebecca supervises a team of negotiators in complex acquisitions under the Eminent Domain Act. Previously, Rebecca held roles at the City of Linden Rent Leveling Board and the New Jersey Democratic State Committee, where responsibilities included regulating rent and organizing community events. Additionally, Rebecca worked as a Negotiator for the State of New Jersey Department of Transportation and served as an Academic Advisor at Kean University, focusing on student success. Rebecca holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Kean University.
