Marc Buselli

Marc Buselli has extensive experience in patient access services and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Agent for The State of New York since September 2018, Marc plays a key role in Ambulatory Services and Upstate Connect. Prior experience includes working as a Switchboard Operator and Trainer at St. Joseph's Health and as a Control Center Specialist at Rapid Response Monitoring, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring security alarm systems and providing technical support for various accounts. Additional roles in security and asset protection occurred at BJ's Wholesale Club and the New York State Thruway Authority. Marc holds a New York State Regents Diploma, earned at Solvay High School, and has attended Onondaga Community College.
