Carol R. Battle

Carol R. Battle, CPM, CCWS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health and wellness management, recruitment, and community leadership. Currently serving as the State Health/Wellness, Recognition and Awards Manager for the State of North Carolina since January 2015, Carol manages various employee recognition programs, including the Governor's Awards for Excellence and the Caswell Awards. Prior to this role, Carol worked as an IT, Project and Program Manager Recruiter with Experis/Manpower Group and held positions as an active community leader, project manager at Church Street Company, and vice president at Wells Fargo. Carol began a career in personnel recruitment at JPMorgan Chase and holds a degree in Economics and Business Management from North Carolina State University.
