Christie McNeill

Christie McNeill currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer for the State of North Carolina, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Christie was the Transition Executive Director for Josh Stein's campaign in late 2024 and a Partner at McKinsey & Company from August 2016 to November 2024. Additionally, Christie was the General Manager at Catalant Technologies, where a technology, media, and telecom business was launched from January 2015 to January 2016. Prior experience also includes serving as Chief of Staff for Amplify Insight, focusing on revitalizing the assessment software division and preparing the company for sale in 2014. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and a BA in History and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
