Aminata Soko

Aminata Soko, MBA, currently serves as the Statewide Manager for Minority Business Assistance Centers with the State of Ohio since June 2022. Prior to this role, Aminata was the Director of the Women’s Business Center of Central Ohio and Project Manager for Lending Circles at the Economic and Community Development Institute, where a loan and training program targeting refugee women was successfully implemented. Aminata’s earlier experience includes serving as a French Interpreter at Acculturation for Justice, Access and Peace Outreach (AJAPO) and completing internships in finance and accounting with the American Society for Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition and Exco GHA, Groupe Helios Afrique. Aminata holds an MBA in Sustainable Business Practices and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Duquesne University.
