Anshita Munshani is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst for the State of Ohio since September 2024. Prior to this role, Anshita held the position of Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at the Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency from July 2023 to September 2024. Anshita's expertise in recruitment and talent management was further developed through previous roles as a Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager at LexisNexis and Talent Management Specialist at UC Health. Anshita began a career in healthcare recruitment at Mercy Health, where the role of Healthcare Recruiter was held from 2013 to May 2017. Anshita holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Miami University.
