Emerson Levy

Emerson Levy is currently serving as a State Representative for House District 53 in the State of Oregon since January 2023. Prior to this role, Levy worked as an attorney from May 2019 to November 2022 and has extensive experience in real estate law as both a consultant and paralegal, including positions at Sustainable Capital Finance and K&L Gates. Previous roles include Legal and Insurance Analyst for First Commerce, LLC, Hearing Representative at the Law Offices of Todd F. Haines, Employee Relations at Securitas Security Services, and Felony Panel Law Clerk for the Orange County Public Defender. Emerson Levy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
