Les D.

Les D. is an accomplished security professional with over 25 years of experience in information technology and security operations. Currently serving as the Security Operations Center Manager for the State of Oregon since October 2020, Les excels in leading security teams in vulnerability management, detection and response, and incident response while fostering business partnerships and a culture of continuous learning. Additional roles include a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor and former PADI Divemaster at Salem Scuba D.E.A., Inc., Information Security Analyst for the Oregon Secretary of State, and various IT management positions within Oregon's educational and governmental sectors. Les holds an AA in Applied Science from Chemeketa Community College and a BBA in Information Technology Project Management from Colorado Technical University.
